You can return your purchase after receipt as follows:

Online shopping
  • Within 7 days: Money back equal to the returned goods.
  • If you paid using Postcard E-Finance, Twint, Maestro or credit card, a refund will be triggered automatically.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All items to be returned must be in new condition and in the original packaging, including the order confirmation or receipt, and sent to the following address (suffice postage):

Unfortunately, returns cannot be guaranteed in the following cases:
  • Sale items cannot be returned
  • Signs of use on the product
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products that have been damaged as a result of the return shipment
  • Items lost during return (we recommend keeping your receipt and tracking number of your return)


  • An exchange of online purchases is possible. To do this, a new order must be placed via the online shop.
